Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the Service.

• Account data. Name, email address, and hashed password when you create a Konektly account or accept a staff invitation.
• Gym and client data. Information gym owners and trainers enter about their clients: workout logs, session history, scheduling details, and any body metrics or notes added to client profiles.
• Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers — Stripe handles this under its own PCI-compliant environment.
• Usage data. Browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and error logs collected automatically to maintain reliability and diagnose issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Konektly platform
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Send transactional emails such as staff invitations and payment receipts
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the vendors necessary to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — cloud database and file storage

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and gym data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

5. Security

Your data is stored in Supabase’s managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

6. Children’s Privacy

Konektly is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Konektly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
